Only the best ingredients available are used. I utilise seasonal, local and organic ingredients and services where ever possible. So as to maximise nutritional quality, I do not use processed ingredients and aim to use ingredients in their whole food state and mill or grind freshly as needed and pulses and grains are sprouted and/or activated where possible. No artificial flavourings, colourings or preservatives are used. Nourishing food cooked the traditional way.
