Track your box of wild caught Skull Island Tiger Prawns as it is harvested in The Gulf of Carpentaria from the world’s first certified sustainable tropical prawn fishery, travelling direct to Cairns and then see it travelling local streets until it arrives at your kitchen. Skull Island Tiger Prawns are certified as sustainable and well managed by the Marine Stewardship Council and are certified as carbon neutral under the Australian Governments Carbon Neutral Program. These boxes of raw prawns are caught, packed and snap frozen at sea. The Chefs Edition is 3 cartons - each with 3 x 3kg boxes, totalling 27kg of prawns. Also included is a page of fabulous content divided into neat snippets for you to use on your menus and social media to share with your customers the fresh, local, sustainable story of the harvest of these prawns.
