If you have a face to face shop, it is important to set shop hours, so customers know when they are able to order and come in to your store, cafe or resturant or to your farm gate shop. When your shop is closed it will be displayed in the call back later section of the app. If you're shop is 100% online keep your hours to 24 hours allowing customers to order anytime.
