Farmer Meets Foodie connects farmers, harvesters, graziers and growers directly to restaurants, cafes, food trucks and caterers who have a passion for using local produce. We are passionate about telling the story behind how produce is grown and prepared, the work that goes into it, the challenges, the innovation and creation that is making Australian produce sort after worldwide.
Stories to tell
We are committed to ensuring that Australia’s amazing produce is available locally, close to where its grown or harvested, in our restaurants, cafes and at events. There are challenges around making that a reality. Farmer Meets Foodie is addressing these challenges, making it easier for producers and commercial foodies to find each other, to tell the stories behind their businesses, to buy and sell produce locally. Farmer Meets Foodie provides a first class service to make local produce available across all regions of Australia.

Connecting local farmers with local consumers
Farmer Meets Foodie is all about having local produce on the menu! Our mission is to connect commercial foodies to producers.
Farmer Meets Foodie is about bridging the gap between the farm gate and the commercial kitchen, connecting commercial foodies to the grower. We have developed an easy and interactive way to find out who has what growing and who is looking to buy in your local area. Farmers, Harversters and Producers will be able to update what produce they have available when. Chefs, Restaurants, Cafes, Caterers, Green Grocers and Butchers will be able to register what they are looking to source, send call outs when they need something urgently and see what's available in their area. Our FMF platform is live and available for 28 days free trial. Be one of the first to join the Local Produce Revolution!
